These guys have always taken care of me with all my vehicles. Been a long time customer and will continue do business here. Honesty and quality work has always been a priority for them.

I was very pleased how thorough they were, even showing me the two filters that needed to be replaced, and I appreciated them doing that. They also mentioned I needed some rear brake work, which was good to know and will arrange another appointment for the brakes. Jerry and Don established a good name for your business and I hope and am encouraged that it will continue under your new ownership. It was nice that Don could stay for a while for a good transition. -Ray-

The starter replacement was completed successfully. My car is back on the road. I always wish it had cost less, but the price was acceptable. I came back because the car would not start. They were able to diagnose and get it going again. I've upgraded my rating to 5 stars for reliable, excellent service.

Fantastic service!!!!! I was in a bind! 7:30 in the morning, traveling out of state, more snow coming, and I had a flat tire!!!!! The staff at Big 8 worked a miracle (short staffed themself) to work me in and get me on the road ahead snow. I can not give them enough stars! Even though they were super busy, the staff was courteous and kind. Thank you for making a huge difference in my day. I am extremely grateful.
